In the event of an insured person's illness in Ukraine, the helpline provides the following advisory assistance::
- 24/7 provision of information on the possibility of receiving medical help and care as well as information about health care institutions, i.e. hospitals, clinics, outpatient clinics, pharmacies, specialist doctors, etc.,
- 24/7 telephone access to information on drugs, their effects, interactions with other agents, contraindications, dosage and substitutes,
- an interview with the doctor on duty at the Help Center, who, as far as he has specialist knowledge and existing possibilities, will provide the insured with oral information on further proceedings in the event of an accident or illness. Medical information is not of a diagnostic or therapeutic nature and cannot be treated as the basis for any claims against the doctor who provided it or against the Help Center..
